Scott LaPointe is a native of New Hampshire with over twenty-eight years of experience working as an attorney in the practice areas of real property law, real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, and small business formation and representation.  He has successfully litigated real estate, boundary, zoning and title matters before both the NH Superior Court and the NH Supreme Court.  Attorney LaPointe has extensive experience in handling real estate closings and matters pertaining to real estate development.  He also counsels start-up businesses.

Scott is admitted to practice in the NH state courts and Federal District Court of NH.  He is an active member of the NH Land Surveyors Association, member of the NH Bar Association Real Property Section and an approved agent of First American Title Company.
